As Product manager you are in the lead for part of ourproduct portfolio, including the products related to water reuse. You are in the driver’s seat. This means that you are responsible for the effective management and improvement of all commercial tools required to sell and use these products. In this position, you intensively collaborate with the Sales department, product engineering, R&D and technical specialists. What that means in detail, you can read below. Through market and competition research, you interpret and analyze the results gathered and translate them into new and/or improved products. An influential position, in which you are partly responsible for the growth and turnover of Nijhuis Saur Industries. What else will you be doing? We have listed it for you:

  • Develop and present product roadmaps, uniform product information, business cases for new products and product modifications to the entire organization.
  • Assess the commercial feasibility of the products and product changes.
  • Initiate, discuss, record and implement continuous improvements, cost optimization (Project Charters).
  • Support quotation processes by providing input to the sales action plans and coordinating the pricing strategy.
  • Visit (international) customers, suppliers, sales organizations, competitors and trade shows.
  • Prepare market and competition analyses, periodically report progress of activities and findings.
  • Report on product improvements and standardizations for assigned product groups.

  • Bachelor working and thinking level. Preferably a completed college education in a technical or commercial field.
  • Demonstrated work experience in water technology is preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language both orally and in writing. Second language is an advantage. Command of a third language is a plus.

    As Product Manager you will work in the Marketing department and report to the manager of this department. Together with two other colleagues you are responsible to further develop our products.
