Productmanager | Hybrid – Saur EUROPE – Doetinchem



Your goal 

We are looking for two new colleagues! As a Product manager you will engage in Nijhuis Saur Industries technologies related to sustainable water treatment with a focus on reuse, reduce and recover of water and valuable resources. You are in the lead for part of our product portfolio, either related to water reuse or primary treatment and sludge management. You are in the driver’s seat. This means that you are responsible for the effective management and improvement of all commercial tools required to sell and use these products. In this position, you collaborate with the Sales and technical teams. Through market and competition research, you interpret and analyze the results gathered and translate them into new and/or improved products. In this crucial position you contribute to sustainable and profitable growth of the company. 

What will you be doing? We have listed it for you:

  • Develop and present product roadmaps, uniform product information, business cases for new products and product modifications to the entire organization.
  • Assess the commercial feasibility of the products and product changes.
  • Initiate, discuss and implement continuous improvements, cost optimization (Project Charters).
  • Support quotation processes by providing input to Sales with action plans and navigating to the winning pricing strategy.
  • Visit (international) customers, suppliers, sales organizations, competitors and trade shows.
  • Prepare market and competition analyses, periodically report progress of activities and findings.
  • Report on product improvements and standardizations for assigned product groups.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimal bachelor working and thinking level. Preferably a completed bachelor education in environmental sciences, chemical engineering, or water technology.
  • Demonstrated work experience in water technology is preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language both orally and in writing.

  • The salary is between € 4.390,17 en € 5.800,- per month, depending on your professional experience.
