Vertical Market Leader – OGPEC
Kelvion – Join our mission to lead industrial transformation through innovative thermal solutions that empower global industries. This position is part of Regional Sales & Service reporting to the Director Sales & Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the sales budget for the Oil & Gas, Power, Energy and Chemical vertical markets and driving pipeline growth.
- Developing and implementing effective strategic plans to drive order intake, close orders at assigned profitability targets.
- Collaborating with solution support functions and marketing to develop branding & positioning strategy for Kelvion’s cooling solutions.
- Monitoring competitor activity and formulating appropriate response strategies.
- Providing input on market price developments.
- Championing compliance & integrity culture within Kelvion.
- Understanding key business drivers of customers and interpreting opportunities for Kelvion.
Qualifications
- Well experienced Oil & Gas, Power‑Energy‑Chemical Sales Manager focused on technical sales with a proven track record and minimum 10 years’ experience.
- 15+ years of experience in sales functions.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- A pioneering spirit and contribution to building a sales organization.
- Team oriented with ability to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions.
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Power‑Energy‑Chemical cooling solutions segment.
- Experience in the heat exchanger industry is a strong plus.
