Triferto has been active in the agricultural sector as a wholesaler of mineral fertilisers for over 125 years. At various storage and transfer locations in north-western Europe, Triferto stores large quantities of fertilisers in a timely manner to meet peak demand for mineral fertilisers during the growing season. As Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for all developments in this field at this international wholesaler’s.

WHat ARE YOU GOING TO do?

As Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Manager, you will align the R&A policy (to be developed) with internal processes such as purchasing, manufacturing, sales and logistics, and with national and/or international laws and regulations. In this way, you will contribute to the further development and professionalization of the organisation.

In 2022, Triferto and Raiffeisen Waren-Zentrale Rhein-Main eG (RWZ) launched a purchasing alliance. RWZ is Germany’s third-largest agricultural cooperative. Part of this alliance is cooperation on R&A. You will therefore work for both organisations, splitting your time roughly 50/50 between them. So you will manage R&A specialists within both Triferto and RWZ.

Based on this business support role, you oversee the entire supply chain and are able to properly execute all regulatory matters with the team and embed them in the organisation.

Job requirements:

  • You have experience in a similar position in an international context
  • Completed college or university education in a relevant field (Food Technology or similar)
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and German, both oral and written
  • Available 32-40 hours per week and living in the region
  • You are willing to travel 1 day a week to Doetinchem, 1 day to Cologne and the rest at home or at one of the locations.
